How do I place an order on Galloria?
To buy a frame, simply browse our Frame Designs section, select the style you like, choose the size or finish, and click Add to Cart. When you're ready, go to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete payment securely.
What are your shipping details and can I track my order?
Yes! After your order is confirmed and shipped, you’ll receive an email or message with tracking information so you can monitor delivery status. Shipping is totally free on all orders with no minimum purchase required, and delivery takes from 5 to 10 working days.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and Cash on Delivery (COD). All payments are processed securely to protect your financial information.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You can request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. All Galloria frames come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
